1. Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms regarding refunds and cancellations for purchases made through the Ashan mobile application ("App"). By purchasing Sachet credits or any subscription plan, you agree to the terms stated in this policy.

2. No Refunds on Sachet Credits

All purchases of Sachet credits are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of our digital services, we do not offer refunds or cancellations for Sachet credits once purchased. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the credits are consumed as a digital service and cannot be reversed, exchanged, or transferred.

3. Exception: Technical Failures

In exceptional circumstances where a verified technical failure on our end prevented you from using your purchased credits (e.g., payment was charged but credits were not delivered due to a system error), you may be eligible for a refund at our sole discretion.

To request a refund under this exception:

  • Contact us at support@ashan.info within 7 days of the transaction date.
  • Include your registered email address, transaction ID, date of purchase, and a description of the issue.
  • Our team will investigate and respond within 3 business days.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved for a verified technical failure, it will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The exact timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Cancellation of Subscription

Ashan operates on a volume-based Sachet model, not a recurring subscription. Once credits are purchased, they remain available in your account until used. There is no recurring billing to cancel.

If you wish to delete your account, you may do so through the App or by contacting us. Please note that any unused Sachet credits will be forfeited upon account deletion and will not be refunded.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account. We encourage you to reach out to our support team first so we can resolve any issues directly.
